Sweet Potatoes, 3lbs

Ben is digging the first sweet potatoes! These first few weeks they will be uncured and a bit less sweet than when they are fully cured.  Delicious and nutrient rich non the less! We grew a very nice amount of certified organic orange sweets this season to cure and have until next spring!
