Organic ingredients only - all the time.  Sosnicki Organics VIP members don't just get the freshest organic vegetables — this year, they get first access to Farm Fast Foods, our new line of ready-made meals cooked right here on the farm.  Absolutey everything we cook is from scratch, and we do not use any seed oils.   Our goal is not mass producing a few items with cheap ingredients for max profit.  We are crafting small batch for max quality - and you will taste it.

From spring in-season salads, warming seasonal soups to roaster veggie bowl packs, these are real meals made from real ingredients by the people who grew them. We have 4 kids and understand time is precious. 

We are a busy farm family so we understand prep and cooking takes time.  We hope to inspire our families to be able to better use the contents of their weekly baskets by providing weekly farm fast foods like sourdough pizza's, protein salads, quiche, roasted herbed chicken ready to eat are a few examples. Simple, real organic ingredients.  Vegan options too! Grab some ready-made options to add to your weekly basket for some quick dinners and then use the contents of your bin to make meals your way.

Tried and True

We continue our tradition of using old world fats only. We don't use refined seed oils. We use organic butter, unrefined organic coconut oil and virgin organic olive oils as the only fats used in our kitchen. Our beloved staples will remain available for our weekly deliveries.  Items such as our raw unpasteurized juices and krauts, sourdough breads and sourdough bagels, perogies, cabbage rolls, pot pies will be available throughout the seasonal delivery service to buy whenever the mood strikes!
