Sourdough Bread, "Whole Bulb" Garlic Butter

We have our fresh garlic now and it's so pungent and awesome when raw - we decided to kick up our sourdough garlic bread a few notches!  We are adding an entire bulb of raw garlic to EACH loaf we make!  A minced bulb with a nob of L'Ancetre butter. The smell and flavour is perfect for all the garlic lovers out there.

(And the loaf arrives to you baked. It's the garlic that gets added raw before baking lol....just so there is no confusion.)
