Sourdough Bread, Pumpkin Spice, 1 loaf

For the fall season we've crafted a pumpkin spice sourdough by blending the spices and some cane sugar into the dough before proofing.  We then add an inclusion of roasted squashes peppered generously with pumpkin spice and cane sugar. 

Ingredients: Oak Manor organic flour, water, jessie's organic starter, Sosnicki's squash, organic cane sugar, organic pumpkin spice blend, unrefined sea salt.
