Pot Pies, Chicken, 5"
No seed oils, no cheap fats used here! We raise up our 'rustic ranger' chickens on our farm and they provide the delicious protein in our chicken pot pies! These pies are old school and take time to create but are so so worth it! The pies are made with seasonal vegetables that change throughout the season. Sometimes green beans, sweet corn and potatoes. Sometimes potatoes, carrots and peas... BUT always with large chunks of the most flavourful chicken! The gravy is a delicious blend of roast pan drippings and chicken fat and the herbs we grow. The pastry is our organic bread flour, ice water and butter and unrefined sea salt.
One 5" pie.
Cooking instructions: Bake from frozen at 400 degrees for 40 minutes or until pastry is golden brown and filling is hot throughout. (Filling fully cooked, all you are doing is baking out the pastry).
