Swiss Chard

Field fresh Swiss Chard! This crop is so beautiful, so versatile and so misunderstood! Not sure what to do with it?  Chard is absolutely delicious in stir-fries.  It is the staple of our quiche, another staple of our vegan sourdough pizza's!  An incredible addition to soups and stews.  We also use swiss chard to wrap our grilled burgers in!  This is an important local organic vegetable because we can grow this veggie early and we can also extend the season and grow it in our greenhouses late into the year.
