Hakurei Turnips
White, delicate-skinned turnips! One of the first roots we enjoy in stir-fries in the spring time. The entire bunch, greens included are edible and delicious. We pan-fry with butter, salt and pepper as an incredible side dish to any meal. Mild enough to enjoy raw as well. Shred into salad, slice thinly with a mandelin and plate with the dressing of your choice. Pairs well with so many flavours!
