Farmhouse Salsa, 16oz

This year, heavy rains and crop disease made our tomato harvest smaller than expected, (tomatoes sprayed with absolutely nothing!) so we let the rest of the farm shine! Our romas, peppers, onions, garlic and pfenning's cilantro, freshly squeezed lemon bring their own delicious character to this small-batch salsa. Less tomato than usual. Excellent with chips or even baked with chicken or fish. 

Because some of the best things happen when you let the farm decide what's on the menu.
