We peel and slice our fresh cucumbers with our sweet onions and place them in a unrefined sea salt brine. These are then strained and packaged up! These crisp lightly salted cucs can be enjoyed straight-up or you can finish off with your favourite dressing. Ben loves sour cream and dill!
