We have cauliflower this year!  Another crop spray with absolutely nothing! This is not just 'local' it is 'local AND organic!'  It's soo nice when cauli turns out for us.  We have some purple coming soon as well!  We eat this stuff raw as much as we can, we also roast it, soup it and make 'mashed cauli' with butter and cream. SO GOOD!
