Cabbage Rolls, Beef, 6 rolls

Our cabbage rolls are back!  And you wanted BEEF in them, you've got BEEF in them!  I sprinkled in the rice last, just to help bind that succulent Y U Ranch beef I cooked down in butter, added minced garlic, our tomato sauce, unrefined sea salt and our buttery onions! Wrapped in cabbage leaves and sauced up with more of our sauce that I balanced the acid out with a touch of cane sugar.

Fully roasted, heat and serve.  From frozen at 375 for 40 mins.
