Beet Borscht, 32 oz

Made with Y U Ranch's stock bones, this earthy beet soup is one of our families favourite and most nostalgic soups.  With memories of our mothers and grandmothers on both sides of the family.  We use our farm's beets, green beans, carrots and cabbage simmered with the stock bones with a hint of organic dill and organic vinegar as well.  Best finished off in your favourite bowl with a dollop of organic sour cream to turn it the most beautiful pink colour.
