Asparagus, 1lb bundle

We are growing our own asparagus and pictured here is our first very own crop of organic asparagus!  However, this is only year 2 for us and we must not harvest much as we need to let the crop establish itself so we can have a good harvest for the next 25 years!  In the meantime we will bring in organic asparagus from other farms to enjoy until ours is ready for the long-run!
