Zucchini Blossoms are a summer treat.  Each June I get together with one of my long time friend and market helper, Toshimi, and we make Tempura Squash Blossoms with cheese inside.  A nice treat on a hot day with a cold beer while we pick strawberries with  the kids. These are purchased by Chef Eric from Restaurant at Pearl Morissette.
