Our freshest salad mix!  We've grown countless varieties of salad mixes over the last 20 years and this mix we have now is one of the best.  A combination of buttery greens, crisp and incised mini lettuce heads, red and green oak leaves - it's our absolute favourite.  Enjoy with our sourdough croutons.
