Sourdough Bread, Dill Pickle
After 3 tries - we did it! A truly dilly-pickly sourdough bread! This has got the pickles and flavour built in big time! We used jars of our pickle brine in lieu of water, we used chopped pickles in the dough AND as an inclusion when shaping the loaves. AND even added additional dill! If you are a dill pickle fan - this bread is for you!
And NO crappy ingredients! We make our pickles with our own cucumbers that are certified organic and unsprayed. We use Sunshine Pickles organic vinegar even! A bit of organic cane sugar and our own dill and garlic. The sourdough is always just Oak Manor's flour, water, air and unrefined sea salt.
