We have a little wagon of ginger shoots for sale! These are baby gingers that grew off the original roots I used for our ‘larger’ ginger and turmeric (coming soon!) that we have growing away beautifully in the greenhouses! You can transplant these and try your hand at growing a root inside overwinter OR simply cut the roots off and slice into a cup of hot water for tea! or just nibble on! So tiny and cute!
