Our first year ever baking and delivering PUMPKIN PIES! We are baking out our organic pie pumpkins and delicata squash! Mixing them with cane and brown sugars, spices li)ke cinnamon and our home-grown ginger, adding some eggs and cream! Baking into a butter pie crust! They will come frozen and baked. Simply thaw and bake until warm or enjoy cold with ice cream! (from frozen 350 for 10 to 15 mins)
We are charging less for the pies. We did a cost analysis and even all organic we do not need to charge close to $30 for a pie! For those 26 families that bought a pie already you now have a $6 credit to spend on other veggies or foods. Let us know what you’d like!
Organic Ingredients Only: *No seed oils! Filling: Sosnicki’s pie pumpkin and delicata squash, cinnamon, sosnicki’s FRESH ginger, cane sugar, brown sugar, organic meadow cream and eggs. Pie Crust: Oak Manor Flour, L’Ancetre Butter, Ice water, sea salt, cane sugar.
One 8″ Pie. (and I need to add more sugar to the crusts next time!) This will feed a family of 4 one big slice!
