Our organic sauce tomatoes! Try a basket here to see if these are the kind you like for sauce! These are very meaty, flavorful and staked in the fields to allow for air flow. These tomatoes were not chemically fertilized, no fungicides (yes, it’s a wet year, but we STILL DO NOT use this crap to have a crop at all costs! NO!) no herbicides, no chemical ripener used (oh yes, that exists unfortunately) so they are the real deal folks! Half Bushel 25lb cases coming soon – end of August IF the rains don’t bring on the blight! These are also great for bruschetta and make nice chopped pieces for salads!
