Well, here we go! Into the land of sourdough. I worked on my starter for a good 3 months and accomplished a very nice crackling, webby masterpiece full of that beautiful beneficial bacteria just waiting to puff up the organic flour into loaves of heaven! I use my big roasters to bake out 2 loaves in each! Works like a charm! This is my plain-jane. My kids eat this stuff daily. Eat within a day’s time or wrap in a plastic bag for no more than 2 days. Or slice and freeze!
Organic. Ingredients. Only: Organic Flour, Unrefined Mineral Rich Sea Salt, Water. And that’s it!
