Back this year after a few years off are our RED NORLAND potatoes! These beauties are in fresh abundance and have an incredible flavour! A standard red but grown in our certified organic soil sprayed this season with absolutely nothing! These are incredible for potato salads, skins are delicate and wonderful roasted. We enjoy baking and grilling them too! We always eat our potato skins!
