We don’t always grow hard corn, but it fit into our rotation this year, so we have it available for home decoration! You can also grind this corn for cornmeal if your adventurous! (My vitamix can do it!!) The fields in southern ontario are covered with conventional corn and beans – our hard corn is different. This is a completely NON-Gmo strain, grown without any pesticides, herbicides, NO chemicals period. Ben mechanically cultivated the 9 acre patch to control some of the weeds. Feel good about decorating with CORN!!! And did I mention make cornmeal afterwards? lol
