Our fresh bunches of thyme are ready! This is my favourite herb. I think it has something to do with my memories of eating Jamie Kennedy fries at the farmer’s markets with a boat load of fresh thyme on them! SOOOOOooo good!! Roasting potatoes and tossing with butter and thyme is what I do all fall.
