VIP ADD ON: Chicken Pot Pie 5″

They are back!  This time I’ve used our frozen sweet corn and green beans in the mix!  It’s soooo good!

1 individual 5″ pot pie. Pastry unbaked – cook from frozen: remove pie from vacuum seal, thaw for 1 hr.  Poke a few holes with fork in the top.  Bake at 375 for 30 to 40 minutes depending on your oven. (Filling is fully cooked).  I did a stupid things and halved the butter in the dough!  DOH!  If over cooked it can be gummy and hard.  So DON’T over cook!  I promise never to mess with the butter again and to get back those incredible flakey crusts! They are still very good though 😉


Sosnicki’s Roasted Chicken (dark and white meat), Carrots, Onions, Sweet Corn, Green Beans, Thyme, Rosemary, Garlic, Sea Salt. Roux & Sauce: Flour, butter, Pan Drippings, Chicken Fat (aka Liquid Gold lol!), sea salt and pepper.

Pastry: Flour, Butter, Ice Water, Sea Salt.
