We are collaborating with Pfennings and maybe others to bring on some Microgreens, Fruit, Mushrooms and even our favourite Kefir!
You can expect lots of fresh Beets with tops, Broccoli, Celery, Green Beans, gourmet Potatoes, more Sweet Corn, Red Onions, Cooking Onions, Shallots, Eggplant and Peppers until frost; always Garlic, Yukon Potatoes and Red Norland Potatoes! Salad mix! Cabbage! We are getting back into serious greens this fall! Squash! Cauliflower! Leeks! Celeriac! Field Spinach! Kale! Arugula! Colourful fall Radishes! Sweet Potatoes! Basically – lots of variety!
