IN A NUTSHELL: Once the pandemic hit we heard from many of our concerned customers about how they could access our veggies. This is why we created the Sosnicki VIP home delivery! It remains very popular, therefore we intend on keeping this way of selling! We are basically a customizable CSA where there are no depots to pick up at – we deliver direct to your door! We sell bins of all our own, seasonal certified organic produce! We send weekly newsletters with the option to add to your bin! This is perfect for those that like to purchase bulk strawberries and bulk romas for sauce! We also do not require full or even half payments of the entire season! We do 4 and 8 week sign ups typically! You can skip a week, do every other week, ‘pause’ bins if you go away on holidays! This works great for families that enjoy supporting more than one farm or like to come to the farmers markets as well! We were made to do this! Our harvest bins are filled with thee most fresh, premium quality certified organic veggies! Jessie’s job is quality control and she oversees all the bin packing for every single bin that leaves the farm!
Our delivery routes (SEE OUR MAP) cover most of all downtown Toronto. The communities in Toronto built Sosnicki Organics! One family at a time over the course of 20 years shopping at our 3 weekly farmers markets! We worked hard for these past 20 years building relationships with the communities, organizers and most importantly our customers in the city of Toronto! Also if you are in Brant county, Ancaster, Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Mississauga or Etobicoke and close off of Highway 403/QEW – we may be able to deliver to you as well! We DO offer a local box to patrons in Norfolk County. $45 weekly and 9 items too! Please purchase on the shop! We will contact you to arrange either farm pick up or home delivery!
Can you tell me how the VIP program works?
Here’s what to expect as a VIP customer:
- You sign up for 4 or 8 weeks. (spring 2023 options start at 6 and 10 weeks)
- You spend $55 per box, which includes delivery.
- We’ll bring your box on the day we deliver to your neighbourhood. We have only 1 awesome driver and carefully mapped, very full routes. Our delivery days are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
- In each box, you get approximately 9 items that are freshly harvested from our fields.
- The contents of the box are the best we have to offer fresh from the fields that week! However, you can let us know if there’s an item(s) you never want to receive AND you have the option to add more items to your box every week on our online shop.
How do I sign up to become a VIP member?
If the shop is closed and we are not currently accepting new members – please email email@example.com with subject line: “Interested in becoming a member!” Please include your address or closest intersection and we will get back to you if you fit on our route and if we have room! If you don’t hear back from us, try emailing again. We are farmers first, be patient! We are usually able to get everyone on during the growing season! AND DON’T FORGET to subscribe to our farm’s newsletter!! We often send out the first links to buy in our newsletters!
Can I change my delivery date?
Possibly. If we can, we will 🙂
We’ll keep in touch with our driver (team of 1!) to see what’s manageable for them.
Can I get delivery every other week?
You bet! We’ll write that on your master delivery slip. Boxes are $55. What date would you like your first delivery?
Can I skip a week or two? I go to my cottage often.
Absolutely! Let us know when you’ll be away and we won’t come 🙂
We can give you a refund or an IOU for those missed dates. Have fun!
I never want kale. Ever. What will you send me instead?
If there’s a substitute you’d prefer, let us know. We’ll try our best to make sure it’s in your box. Or will we double up on another item in your box. For example, you could get two heads of bok choy instead of one or an extra bunch of carrots.
I asked to never receive lettuce. In your newsletter, you said there will be 3 heads of lettuce. Why did I only get 1 asparagus as a replacement?
Some items are more expensive than others, such as asparagus and strawberries.
When can I shop online for add-ons and boxes?
The shop is open on Sundays through Wednesdays weekly. Look out for Jessie’s VIP newsletter on Sunday mornings for a link the shop.
The store closed before I could buy Sun Sugars!!!! Can I still order?
If boxes haven’t yet been packed

Oh shoot, your box is already on the way. We can make sure you get them next week. Tell me how many you’d like and I’ll put them on your packing slip for next week.
How many items do you send every week?
We pack about 9 items in our weekly boxes, or 8 higher value items. Always the very best we have to offer that week!
The contents of my box are different from the list in the newsletter?
There will be variability from time to time due to weather and lower than expected quantity/quality. We will sub items that aren’t available — you will always receive 8 to 9 premium veggies in your market box! Our portions are not small!
